Senior Interior Architect/ Designer

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Interior Designer/Architect who has experience leading the design of the creative workplace.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial architectural interiors with expertise in creative workplace design. Experience in other project types is also a plus, but not required.
  • Strong design and project management experience and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lead a team from programming through construction administration, to Include ability to advance strategic planning, originate compelling concepts, and develop construction drawings.
  • Strong communications skills including ability to present; can interface well with clients, larger project teams and consultants alike
  • Experience in developing FF&E packages including budget development and custom furniture design.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional interior design/architecture experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, or Architecture
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Landscape Designer

Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for collaborating with the office’s marketing, graphics and business development teams in a fast-paced atmosphere while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Director and the firm's leadership to facilitate the execution of strategic plans
  • Assist in external promotion of the firm to support various growth goals including sponsorships
  • Oversee lead and pursuit tracking in CRM database in collaboration with firm leaders
  • Thoughtful management, preparation, coordination, and production of qualifications packages, proposals, presentation materials, and competition pre-qualification entries
  • Support Communications Director in developing information for external communication campaigns including social media, newsletter, blog posts, website updates as well as Public Relations consultant requests

Our office is a fast-paced and deadline driven environment and the Proposal Coordinator will need to switch directions whenever needed. Some travel to meetings in various locations may be required.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and facilitating proposal kick-off meetings, establishing timelines and deadlines, preparing data requests, facilitating team member questions and answers
  • Creating proposal outlines, coordination of design customization and/or proper branding
  • Preparing necessary forms, final document production (printing, copying, tabs/covers, collating, binding, etc.), and the ultimate delivery of proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations
  • General research for appropriate project opportunities across multiple markets and design disciplines
  • CRM data input and informational updates, marketing collateral and boilerplate updates and coordination, and collaboration with all marketing team members
