Senior Interior Architect/ Designer

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Interior Designer/Architect who has experience leading the design of the creative workplace.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial architectural interiors with expertise in creative workplace design. Experience in other project types is also a plus, but not required.
  • Strong design and project management experience and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lead a team from programming through construction administration, to Include ability to advance strategic planning, originate compelling concepts, and develop construction drawings.
  • Strong communications skills including ability to present; can interface well with clients, larger project teams and consultants alike
  • Experience in developing FF&E packages including budget development and custom furniture design.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional interior design/architecture experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, or Architecture
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino or 3DMax, Newforma, and Studio Webware
  • Knowledge of building codes, LEED, and accessibility regulations

Landscape Designer
or Landscape Architect

We have an immediate opening for a mid to senior level landscape architect that is committed to the creation and development of outstanding landscape design from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of planting design, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architecture
  • Construction documents and specification experience
  • Construction administration experience, as well as experience coordinating with a range of consultants including civil, electrical, and structural engineers
  • Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of landscape architectural design experience through all phases of design and documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Experience with Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch-Up
  • Hand-drawing and residential experience preferred
  • Revit and Rhino experience is a plus


Experiential Graphic Designer

We have an immediate opening for a junior Experiential Graphic Designer that is committed to the creation and development of outstanding design from concept through execution to include branding and designs for signage for commercial and public environments. The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years professional experience
  • Direct experience working in a design firm preferred but strong interest and transferable skills (interiors, architecture, graphic design) will be considered
  • Bachelors in Graphic Design, Product Design, or Architecture
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite w/ CAD tools
  • Strong experience designing and visualizing in 3 dimensions

Commercial Sales Account Manager

notNeutral Inc. is an award winning Los Angles based product design company. notNeutral creates bold, idea-based, accessible objects that blur the boundaries between abstract, decorative and functional. Working closely with world champion baristas and master tea blenders, we have developed a series of cups, glasses and brewing tools specifically for the specialty coffee and tea industry. Our products are used by cafés, hotels and restaurants worldwide. The pieces we design are durable, playful, and imbued with a clever take on the ordinary that is unquestionably not neutral.  

We are looking to add a driven Sales Account Manager to our sales and marketing team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing customers and contributing to company growth by acquiring new commercial clients. These accounts include luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, specialty design shops, restaurants, and tea shops.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new hospitality, coffee and tea industry clients, both nationally and internationally, based on market research
  • Developing sales plans and setting sales goals
  • Presenting and promoting notNeutral products to prospective and existing clients
  • Represent the notNeutral brand at tradeshows and other promotional events   
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining strong business relationships

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of commercial/ hospitality sales account or related experience
  • Knowledge of brewing basics, brew methods and the coffee and tea product industry
  • Well-versed in restaurant terminology with a developed network in the industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Personable, highly motivated, proactive and self- driven professional with demonstrated collaborative and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Excel; Experience with sales tracking software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally is a must
