Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect

We have an immediate opening for a mid to senior level landscape architect that is committed to the creation and development of outstanding landscape design from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of planting design, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architecture
  • Construction documents and specification experience
  • Construction administration experience, as well as experience coordinating with a range of consultants including civil, electrical, and structural engineers
  • Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of landscape architectural design experience through all phases of design and documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Experience with Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch-Up
  • Hand-drawing and residential experience preferred
  • Revit and Rhino experience is a plus

BIM Coordinator

We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to work on a range of projects and documentation for a design firm of approximately 100 designers.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, document, and implement BIM/CAD standards, templates, and practices. This will include addressing the challenges of utilizing a BIM workflow in landscape architecture.
  • Collaborate with project teams during all phases to assist with setup, workflow, production management, and QA/QC.
  • Evaluate and train staff in the use of Revit, and all aspects of company standard production practices.
  • Assist project teams with modeling, detailing, and family development.
  • Continually advance BIM practice in the firm, incorporating other and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working in BIM coordinator roles for recognized architecture/landscape design firms
  • 5+ years production-oriented experience in a design office
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Great time management and ability to commit and work to deadlines
  • Expertise in Revit; Excellent CAD drafting skills
  • Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn and use new technology and software
  • BA/ BS degree in Architecture or related field preferable
  • Rhino expertise is desirable

Intermediate Architect

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is willing to take responsibility and multi-task, in a creative, deadline-driven environment, and who is interested to grow with our team.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Construction documents and specification experience
  • Construction administration experience, as well as experience coordinating with a range of consultants including civil, electrical, and structural engineers
  • Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5- 8 years of professional experience working with licensed professionals
  • A 5 year Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master’s of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch-Up and REVIT
  • Hand-drawing and residential experience preferred
  • Revit and Rhino experience is a plus

Interior Designer

We have an immediate opening for a very talented Mid-Level Interior Designer who specializes in commercial architectural interiors.  Experience in residential interior design is also a plus, but not required. Candidate must be interested in working on a variety of project types and scales (from large buildings down to custom furniture), and likes being part of collaborative and trans-disciplinary team.

Applicants should have unique creative skills with a keen sense of color and composition. Background in other creative arts is a plus.  Qualified candidates will have project management experience, excellent client skills, and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to assist with design development to include: research; concept development; drafting interior elevations, millwork, and custom furnishings; knowledge of local furniture market and custom fabricators; interfacing with dealers and coordinating purchasing; project budgeting, refined presentation skills; full FF&E packages; and site installations.

The ideal candidate will have

  • 3-7 years of professional interior design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, or Architecture.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino or 3DMax, and Studio Design/Webware preferred
  • Working knowledge of building codes, LEED, and accessibility regulations preferred.

Graphic Sign Designer/ Detailer

We have an immediate opening for a Sign Designer/ Detailer to lead technical documentation efforts for signage for commercial environments. 

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
• Strong grasp of ADA, CBC and sign programming rules 
• Experience producing design development drawings
• Fluency in reading architectural drawings
• Experience with material selection and detailing for interior and exterior environments
• Ability to collaborate with environmental graphic designers, architectural teams, and fabricators to achieve 
• Strong project organization skills

Minimum Qualifications
• At least 2-5 years of experience designing or fabricating signage and wayfinding
• BA in Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or related feild 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite w/ CAD tools
• SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit experience preferred


Environmental Graphic Designer

 We are seeking a junior to mid-level Environmental Graphic Designer that is committed to the creation and development of outstanding design from concept through execution to include branding and designs for signage for commercial environments.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Familiarity w/ ADA, CBC and programming signage rules and locations
  • Experiencing producing design development drawings
  • Experience designing for retail, restaurant and/ or hospitality environments a plus
  • Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of graphic design experience
  • BA in Graphic Design
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite w/ CAD tools
  • Strong 3-D experience
  • SketchUp and Rhino experience preferred
